Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, business systems, or process optimization, ideally within complex or matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, MarTech ecosystems, and operational friction points across campaign execution and measurement.
- Proven experience designing governance models, operational frameworks, and scalable marketing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build or support AI-driven or automation-enabled solutions within marketing environments.
- Experience working across tools such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Asana, 6Sense, HockeyStack, or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical teams, simplifying complexity into actionable, scalable solutions.
- Strong change management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills, with experience driving adoption across diverse teams.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, balancing structured execution with exploratory innovation in emerging AI environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics, measure impact, and continuously improve processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end agentic AI roadmap for marketing, from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation, scaling, and optimization.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases, translating marketing needs into structured, scalable capability requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Design, implement, and govern marketing processes across intake, planning, execution, and measurement, embedding AI where it drives meaningful efficiency and impact.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, including intake, prioritization, stage gates, compliance, resourcing, and performance tracking.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into feasible AI-enabled solutions across the MarTech ecosystem.
- Develop and deploy agentic workflows, automation systems, and AI-powered tools that enhance marketing productivity and decision-making.
- Lead change management efforts, including enablement, training, documentation, and adoption programs to ensure successful rollout of new capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them thoughtfully into marketing operations strategy and execution.
