Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in learning and development, training, organizational enablement, or change management, preferably within wealth management or financial services.
- Strong understanding of generative AI tools, prompt engineering concepts, and AI adoption strategies.
- Demonstrated experience designing curricula, facilitating training sessions, developing digital learning content, and managing enterprise-wide enablement programs.
- Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously enhance comprehensive learning programs, onboarding experiences, playbooks, knowledge resources, and enablement materials for wealth management advisors and client service teams.
- Create engaging training content that translates new technologies, AI capabilities, platform enhancements, and business processes into practical, role-specific learning experiences that drive adoption and performance.
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs while measuring learning effectiveness through adoption metrics, proficiency tracking, and continuous program improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by identifying operational challenges, recommending process improvements, and supporting cross-functional initiatives involving technology, compliance, and product teams.
- Champion AI adoption by developing governance guidelines, practical use cases, workflow improvements, and educational resources that help teams leverage emerging technologies responsibly.
- Support organizational growth initiatives by developing training programs for newly integrated teams, monitoring adoption progress, and ensuring successful transitions into established processes and systems.
