Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, learning & development, and change management.
- Demonstrated AI fluency: hands-on experience with generative AI platforms and ability to translate AI capabilities into role-specific training.
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering and ability to develop usage guidelines for non-technical users.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to large groups and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain a strategic learning curriculum for WM advisors and CS staff, including training materials, online resources, use-case playbooks, and AI prompt guides.
- Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing learning for Advisor and CS new hires, acquisition employees, and employees new to firm, using multiple formats.
- Build and curate an AI content library covering generative AI tools, workflow automation, and practical advisor use cases.
- Serve as the voice of WM Teams identifying friction, gaps, and opportunities and bringing structured recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Lead business process improvement efforts, including identifying WM workflows suited for AI augmentation and partnering on scaled, phased deployment.
- Partner with M&A leadership to design and deliver training for acquired teams ensuring alignment to Mercer Advisors’ platforms, standards, and culture.
