- Own the Advisor Experience roadmap from discovery through delivery, covering NPS, advisor practice management, transitions, and Aspen AI.
- Build Aspen and client portal integrations to enable real-time action on client feedback.
- Deliver capacity and practice management tools providing visibility into advisor workflows and client needs.
- Develop at-risk advisor identification and transition tools to support client retention during advisor departures.
- Manage the Aspen AI product suite, including meeting prep, transcription, and follow-up tools.
- Set requirements and priorities for engineering, design, and data partners.
- Partner with Wealth Operations & Experience to drive KPIs including Net Revenue Retention and Client NPS.
