Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in senior project management roles leading large-scale, high-impact programs.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience managing virtual and geographically distributed teams.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled project management practices and experience utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude).
- Understanding of AI governance principles, data privacy considerations, and ethical AI use.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
- Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in healthcare IT, biomedical research, data science, or cloud/cybersecurity domains is strongly preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives spanning healthcare operations, population health analytics, biomedical research innovation, artificial intelligence solutions, and cloud/cybersecurity technology implementations.
- Guide project teams to deliver on time, with clarity, quality, and measurable impact.
- Manage geographically distributed and interdisciplinary project teams.
- Create project plans and manage deliverables using project management software like Smartsheet or Jira.
- Leverage AI-enabled project management tools and analytics to improve forecasting, scheduling, resource planning, risk assessment, and decision-making.
- Partner with technical, research, and business teams to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain regular, transparent communications and status updates utilizing both traditional and AI-assisted reporting methods.
