- Develop and execute a unified enterprise payer strategy.
- Lead all aspects of payer contracting, including in-network agreements and out-of-network strategies.
- Serve as the executive liaison to negotiate and build long-term partnerships with national, regional, and local payers.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management and Finance to monitor reimbursement, reduce denials, and improve net revenue.
- Partner with clinical and operational leadership to ensure payer policies support evidence-based care models.
- Lead value-based care initiatives, alternative payment models, and risk-based arrangements.
