Senior Project Manager

Lead and deliver large-scale, complex IT and organizational initiatives from initiation through closure.
Manage programs consisting of multiple projects, workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
Partner with executive leadership to align initiatives with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
Lead strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, system implementations, and EHR integrations.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance documentation.
Lead organizational change management efforts to support stakeholder engagement and business readiness.
