Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required, OR high school diploma and minimum of 5 years direct experience.
  • 5–7 years of project management experience, including leading large-scale, complex programs.
  • Proven experience with project and program planning, scheduling, reporting, and governance.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • PMP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading enterprise application implementations (e.g., ERP, EHR, TMS).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration.
  • Experience establishing and executing IT PMO processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and programs with significant budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver large-scale, complex IT and organizational initiatives from initiation through closure.
  • Manage programs consisting of multiple projects, workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align initiatives with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, system implementations, and EHR integrations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance documentation.
  • Lead organizational change management efforts to support stakeholder engagement and business readiness.
  • Implement and mature project and portfolio management processes.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO standards and methodologies.
