Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of project or account management experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency.
- Demonstrated experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions.
- Proven ability in timeline development and budget management.
- Proficiency with PC and MS Office Suite software.
- Ability to manage a team of Project Managers and/or Associate Project Managers.
- Capability to manage large, multi-faceted projects or campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with an assertive, tactful style.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans, forecast work, and allocate resources.
- Serve as the communication hub between agency team members and partners for assigned accounts.
- Ensure accurate project forecasting and manage efficient workflows.
- Develop project timelines and provide advice on estimates.
- Manage projects to stay on time and within budget, identifying and flagging concerns early.
- Partner with Creative Services and Business Leadership to manage resources, estimates, and budgets.
- Enforce agency processes and recommend system or software improvements for efficiency.
