Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience managing projects of increasing complexity.
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in project portfolio tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives, sponsors, and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Diagnostic imaging background and understanding of image migration (highly preferred).
  • Experience with Change Healthcare applications (highly preferred).
  • Understanding of HL7 standards (preferred).
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale, cross-functional, or strategically significant projects from initiation through closure.
  • Manage detailed project plans, allocate resources, track milestones, and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal business units and external vendors to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, serving as the primary liaison for updates to sponsors and senior leadership.
  • Track project budgets and POs while implementing necessary change management protocols.
  • Oversee documentation, including project charters, status reports, and communication plans.
  • Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.
