Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Recent experience leading the delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing the commercial outcomes of projects, ideally within a professional services organization.
- Experience applying appropriate governance and control to project delivery.
- Demonstrable evidence of developing individuals and teams.
- Strong leadership skills with an innovative approach to improving processes and outcomes.
- Ability to travel regionally as required for the role.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives.
- Manage the delivery of customer engagements and line management of approximately 10-20 project managers.
- Maintain accountability for project assurance, governance, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously maintain and innovate the Practice capability in support of business strategy.
- Proactively support growth with the development and delivery of standardized, competitive, and market-relevant service offerings.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Perform operational and commercial management of the team to achieve financial targets and improve productivity.
- Drive a high-performance culture by developing, retaining, and attracting talent.
