Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Applied Project Management, or a related field with 14+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise with change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs and driving adoption across cross-functional or multi-business-unit organizations.
  • Experience creating and executing enterprise change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs, communication materials, and adoption strategies.
  • Ability to manage evolving priorities while maintaining organization, professionalism, and strong execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess change impacts and measure outcomes.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with project or program management methodologies, including Agile environments, is preferred.
  • Change management certification (such as Prosci Change Management Certification) is a plus.
  • Experience in supply chain, aerospace, defense, technology, or other regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans supporting strategic initiatives, digital deployments, and organizational transformation programs.
  • Lead end-to-end change activities across projects, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and achievement of business objectives.
  • Assess organizational impacts across processes, systems, stakeholders, and culture to create targeted change strategies.
  • Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to build alignment, sponsorship, and support for transformation efforts.
  • Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, user engagement activities, and supporting materials to enable smooth transitions.
  • Create change readiness strategies, implementation roadmaps, and feedback mechanisms to improve adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Identify change-related risks, resistance points, and organizational challenges while developing mitigation plans.
  • Define and monitor adoption metrics, key performance indicators, and success measures to evaluate change effectiveness.
  • Promote continuous improvement by integrating change management practices across programs and teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between program management, project teams, business partners, and communication functions to ensure coordinated execution.
