Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting, life sciences, or HEOR environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in a client-facing role, supporting or leading project management communications.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools is preferred.
- Experience supporting HEOR, systematic literature reviews, or health economics projects is preferred.
- Awareness of HTA processes or JCA submissions is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end project management including planning, resourcing, timeline development, and delivery oversight.
- Support or lead project management discussions in client-facing interactions.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Monitor project scope, manage change orders, and document impacts on resources and budgets.
- Coordinate internal workflows and facilitate alignment across evidence synthesis, statistics, and health economic modelling disciplines.
- Manage review cycle timelines and collate feedback from external reviewers.
- Support strategic portfolio oversight and prioritization with senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain standardized project management tools and templates.
- Support proposal development and study start-up activities.
