Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting, life sciences, HEOR, or market access environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in a client-facing role, supporting or leading project management communications.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with project tracking tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end project management, including planning, resourcing, timeline development, and progress tracking.
- Support or lead client-facing project management discussions and maintain project reports and timelines.
- Manage project scope, change order processes, and document impacts on resources and budgets.
- Coordinate internal and external workflows, facilitating alignment across scientific and technical disciplines.
- Oversee portfolio prioritization and resource allocation in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain standardized project management tools and templates to ensure delivery consistency.
- Support proposal development and study start-up activities as required.
