Requirements
- BA/BS degree plus 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalent.
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
- Minimum 5+ years managing complex programs or major projects.
- Strong understanding of the A/E project delivery process.
- Experience supporting or leading proposal efforts.
- Demonstrated strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.
- Ability to obtain AECOM Project Manager certification within 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio across multiple concurrent data center design projects.
- Deliver assigned revenues and maintain planned profit margins.
- Monitor program performance including schedule, budget, staffing, and risk.
- Utilize earned value management to assess work progress against the baseline.
- Identify and resolve program-level constraints impacting delivery.
- Ensure consistency of execution across multiple projects and clients.
- Lead the change management process for internal and external changes.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and program reviews.
