Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, coordination, business transformation, or IT implementation.
- Proficiency in creating project documentation including schedules, roadmaps, risk logs, and status reports.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders and managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or PMBOK methodologies.
- Experience supporting testing, integration, deployment, or continuous improvement activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain government suitability and public trust clearances.
- Preferred: Experience supporting federal or government programs.
- Preferred: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, or Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, roadmaps, risk registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate project activities across product owners, technical teams, data teams, and government stakeholders.
- Support project governance activities, including charters, RACI documentation, and leadership reporting.
- Monitor progress against timelines and milestones while identifying risks and resource constraints.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies to ensure predictable project execution.
- Coordinate technology implementation activities including UAT, deployment readiness, and post-deployment reviews.
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Ensure project activities align with federal security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
