- Lead the configuration and deployment of enterprise-level D365 F&SCM / Manufacturing direct customer projects.
- Create and deliver the solution blueprint in accordance with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project management for project scoping, analysis, and estimations.
- Evaluate business processes to create functional requirements and design specifications.
- Provide project and team leadership, driving organizational adoption of new processes and systems.
- Conduct user training and support user acceptance testing.
