Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years actively managing projects in a project manager role with end-to-end SDLC experience.
  • Managed 3+ full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations including at least 1 ERP project.
  • Previous consulting experience is required.
  • Expertise in developing detailed project plans, scope documents/backlogs, schedules, and resource forecasts.
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines and effectively communicate solutions to budget/timeline issues.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Formal PM training/certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Formal Microsoft training/certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully lead and manage large and/or complex Dynamics 365 projects, including multi-workload implementations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, guiding strategic decisions and managing trade-offs related to scope, timeline, cost, and risk.
  • Provide strategic leadership over project teams, balancing execution with proactive risk identification and outcome protection.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with client PMs and senior stakeholders, leading conversations with director-level and executive audiences.
  • Maintain ownership of project financials, forecasts, and delivery health, proactively communicating status and variances.
  • Organize and facilitate steering committees and governance forums focused on decision-making and alignment.
  • Mentor and coach junior PMs and coordinators, modeling consultative behaviors and strategic thinking.
