Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in operations, transformation, strategy, program leadership, or platform roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale operational or organizational transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated success driving adoption of new systems, tools, or workflows across complex organizations
- Strong background in change management, including overcoming resistance and enabling behavioral shift at scale
- Experience designing operational frameworks, governance models, and scalable execution systems
- Ability to translate strategic direction into structured, measurable, and executable operational programs
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience managing stakeholders at executive level
- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs or automation tools in operational contexts is strongly preferred
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption, efficiency, and impact metrics
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align leadership and drive organizational clarity
Responsibilities
- Execute and operationalize enterprise AI strategy in close partnership with executive leadership
- Translate strategic AI priorities into scalable operational programs, workflows, and implementation plans
- Drive adoption of AI across Editorial, Revenue, Audience Development, and corporate functions
- Embed AI capabilities directly into existing business workflows and systems to ensure sustained usage
- Lead cross-functional change management initiatives to drive behavioral adoption at scale
- Build enablement systems, training programs, and operational playbooks to support workforce AI literacy
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for responsible AI usage, including compliance, standards, and risk mitigation
- Develop measurement frameworks and dashboards to track adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact
- Lead vendor assessment, rollout planning, and enterprise-wide implementation of AI solutions
- Build and lead a team focused on AI operations, enablement, and execution excellence
