Requirements
- 2+ years of food or product photography experience.
- 1-3 years of experience leading a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Experience with project management and team communication tools like Salesforce, Monday.com, and Slack.
- Experience using BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for photoshoots and company events.
- Strong ability to synthesize data and provide actionable feedback.
- Proven track record of operational process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain photo quality frameworks, style guides, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage a national network of freelance photographers and conduct on-site shoots.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Photo Curation Specialists.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to automate workflows and evolve operations.
- Track photo coverage metrics to drive prioritization and investment decisions.
- Identify and resolve process gaps to ensure system reliability.
- Communicate value and standards to restaurant partners and cross-functional teams.
