Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in marketing technology with a track record of managing complex stacks and data integrations.
- Proven experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including XDM schema design, identity stitching, and workspace architecture.
- Strategic understanding of the Adobe Experience Platform scope and integration of Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Experience in leading digital transformation or stack consolidation projects.
- Demonstrated experience building internal SOPs, QA frameworks, or training modules.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated collaborative and self-starter mindset.
- Adobe certifications (e.g., CJA Business Practitioner) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive MarTech roadmaps that align with long-term client growth trajectories and business objectives.
- Lead enterprise-level Adobe Experience Cloud (CJA, AJO, CDP, AEP) projects, serving as the primary point of contact for high-level strategic discussions.
- Anticipate client needs and roadblocks, surfacing new business opportunities.
- Own the delivery of client projects from a value perspective to drive measurable business impact.
- Manage project teams comprising multiple MarTech resources, ensuring cohesive delivery on complex initiatives.
- Perform final quality assurance and sign-offs for team work.
- Build, optimize, and document internal team standards, processes, and knowledge-sharing banks.
