Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film + television production, or a related technology field.
- 10+ years of experience as a videographer, video editor, or multimedia producer.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with Apple Final Cut Pro.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating live-action editing, motion graphics, and typography.
- Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing server-based asset libraries.
- Advanced project management and technical production mechanics expertise.
- Ability to work autonomously while remaining receptive to feedback.
Responsibilities
- Proactively pitch actionable video execution concepts for marketing goals.
- Collaborate with creative leadership to refine scripts and storyboards.
- Manage the end-to-end editing process for marketing videos.
- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics and kinetic typography.
- Coordinate localization of video assets for multi-language markets.
- Establish and manage the brand's master digital media library and folder structures.
- Tailor video formats and pacing for specific social media and web channels.
