Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or similar complex, regulated markets.
- Demonstrated experience building or materially scaling a partner ecosystem, channel, or alliance portfolio.
- Proven success driving partner-sourced/influenced pipeline, ARR, co-sell motions, or new-market access.
- Strong negotiation skills covering complex partnership economics, revenue share, referral fees, and commercial terms.
- Experience managing the full partner lifecycle from sourcing through launch, performance management, and sunset.
- Technical and product judgment to assess roadmap impact, integrations, and implementation scope.
- Proficiency in using AI, automation, CRM, and data tools to scale partner operations and reporting.
- Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong written communication and structured thinking to produce executive-ready briefs and recommendations.
- Deep alignment with mission-driven work focused on patient impact and health equity.
- Ability and willingness to travel typically 1–2 times per month for meetings and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Own and operationalize the growth-enabling partnership portfolio across all partner types.
- Source, develop, and negotiate commercial partnerships to drive pipeline, ARR, and market access.
- Manage the partner lifecycle, including QBRs, performance tracking, and mutual action plans.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance on pricing, integrations, and compliance.
- Leverage AI, CRM, and automation tools to scale operations, synthesize market signals, and manage workflows.
- Monitor partner trends and provide strategic recommendations for GTM strategy and product readiness.
- Conduct regular travel (typically 1–2 trips per month) for partner and customer engagements.
