- Manage complex, multi-timezone calendar scheduling and prioritize competing leadership demands.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and proactively adapt to itinerary changes.

- Support logistics for GTM team initiatives including sales kickoffs and marketing offsites.
- Maintain GTM-related systems such as Salesforce, Gong, and ClientSuccess to provide executive visibility.
