Requirements:

You’re an experienced people manager who has led teams of data analysts and consultants.
You have experience or knowledge in pay equity, compensation, HR consulting, or compliance-related analytics (We do not provide legal advice, but the individual in this role is expected to provide expert-level compliance advice.).
You have experience or knowledge about pay gap reporting requirements in one or more countries and/or the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Responsibilities:

Directly lead, build and manage an industry-focused team of data analysts and consultants as we expand our customer base.
Manage distribution of work for team members, including customer assignment and distribution of internal projects including customer custom analytics, research projects, and documentation.
Provide coaching, resources, and advice to team members to establish expertise in methodology, analytics, and advanced data techniques.
