• Consulting or customer-role experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Sales team.
• Provide expert advice on advanced pay equity topics.
• Consult customers on analytical methods related to workplace equity.
• Develop actionable plans for customers based on data analysis.
• Conduct project-based data analyses for pay equity metrics.
• Analyze data for compliance reports.
• Translate analytics into product use cases and support development teams.
• Participate in ongoing training on pay equity topics.
