Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or related industry.
  • 5+ years in a national broker-facing, channel partnerships, or strategic sales role.
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue growth through national or large regional broker relationships.
  • Established, trusted network within national/regional brokerage firms and benefits consultants.
  • Deep understanding of small and mid-market benefits and broker distribution economics.
  • Strong knowledge of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA plan designs, stop-loss, and alternative funding models.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, relationship management, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for domestic trips.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key national and large regional distribution partners.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue for Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products.
  • Identify and recruit new national broker and consultant partners to expand market reach.
  • Lead joint business planning and track performance against growth targets.
  • Develop broker education programs and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure partner success and product adoption.
