- Serve as the primary point of contact for key national and large regional distribution partners.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue for Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products.
- Identify and recruit new national broker and consultant partners to expand market reach.
- Lead joint business planning and track performance against growth targets.
- Develop broker education programs and sales enablement materials.
