Requirements
- Proven ability to create revenue from scratch through outbound sales, business development, partnerships, or new-market development.
- Willingness to personally prospect and lead outreach.
- Ability to manage, reset, or upgrade a sales team.
- Strong commercial judgment regarding revenue, margin, timing, and effort.
- Entrepreneurial urgency and comfort working without a formal playbook.
- Experience in print-on-demand, office products, ecommerce, shipping/logistics, promotional products, or B2B ecommerce is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with ecommerce metrics (CAC, LTV, AOV, contribution margin).
- Existing relevant relationships in adjacent markets or channel/procurement spaces.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships, vertical sales opportunities, and new commercial programs.
- Build practical business cases for new opportunities considering revenue, margin, effort, and timing.
- Upgrade the sales function with a more aggressive outbound motion and set clear KPIs and accountability.
- Personally lead high-value outreach and model the expected team urgency.
- Identify and convert new companies, platforms, and communities for co-marketing, referral, or white-label opportunities.
- Align with ecommerce, technology, operations, and finance teams to support and execute new programs.
- Own a clear pipeline/revenue dashboard and report regularly to the CEO.
