Requirements
- Prior experience as a management or strategy consultant within the biopharma industry.
- Deep understanding of how pharma organizations evaluate, structure, and approve external partnerships.
- Demonstrated history of developing new business from origination through close.
- Proven experience in life sciences, digital health, or enterprise software business development.
- Established credibility and existing relationships with pharma executives at the VP-level or above.
- Strong commercial instincts, negotiation skills, and ability to structure win-win agreements.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, engineering, or business (MS, PhD, PharmD, MBA) preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for partner meetings, conferences, and demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnerships with global health authorities, large biopharma companies, CROs, and leading consulting firms.
- Identify, structure, and close high-impact partnerships with large biopharma and consulting firms.
- Showcase partnership results through case studies, joint go-to-market motions, and press releases.
- Establish metrics to track and drive partnership value while working cross-functionally to execute agreements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to pharma executives to build credibility and open doors to senior decision-makers.
- Represent Weave in high-level discussions with government agencies, consultancies, and technology partners.
- Partner with Commercial and Product teams to translate partnerships into go-to-market execution.
- Represent the company at conferences, panels, and other thought-leadership venues.
