Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise sales and/or business development within the enterprise or large physician group space.
- Experience in healthcare, value-based care, and/or ACO programs.
- Proven experience owning an annual quota.
- Proficiency in utilizing sales CRM software to manage and track opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to source and close enterprise-level partnerships.
- Strong communication skills with experience interacting with C-suite stakeholders.
- Aptitude for relationship building and creating exceptional provider experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel as needed to prospect and client locations.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and execute targeting methodology, funnel development, and relationship development to achieve key performance indicators.
- Articulate the value proposition of enterprise product offerings to large primary care prospects, community hospitals, ACOs, CINs, IPAs/MSOs, and health systems.
- Facilitate feedback loops around enterprise targets based on prospect reactions and data insights.
- Steward the sales process for enterprise groups with 2k+ lives, ensuring timely delivery of actions, deliverables, and analyses.
- Design and improve communication modules, outreach mechanisms, and rewards to foster partner engagement.
- Travel as needed to prospect locations, client sites, and industry events.
