- 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in relevant sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience designing and implementing outreach or talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Asana.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform strategy and performance.
- Exceptional relationship-building, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for strengthening communities through place-based leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead a mission-aligned approach to identifying, engaging, and securing host site partnerships.
- Develop and implement a national partnership strategy aligned with programmatic, geographic, and funding priorities.
- Build and oversee systems for partner onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Design and execute a community-centered talent strategy aligned with host site demand.
- Manage a team of Managers across recruitment and partnership functions.
- Oversee CRM strategy and data integrity to track partnership health and talent pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Programs, Development, and Government Relations teams.
