Requirements
- 3–5 years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success managing teams.
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, operations, or client services.
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
- Strong project and program management skills for managing complex initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior leaders.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
- Revenue cycle certification such as CRCR or relevant professional certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a strategic partner and advisor.
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of operational strategies and improvement plans.
- Monitor operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze revenue cycle performance, including registration, collections, and financial outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle operations, payer policies, and industry regulations.
- Facilitate regular business reviews to discuss performance and strategic priorities.
- Coach, develop, and empower teams to achieve performance goals and continuous improvement.
