Requirements

  • Experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, channel management, or related go-to-market roles.
  • Experience within the HR Tech market, HCM/HRIS, or related enterprise software industries.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through field team engagement and sales motions.
  • Experience building and growing enterprise technology or consulting partnerships from 0 to 1.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with executive stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, analytical, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic partnership ecosystem across technology platforms, consulting firms, global systems integrators, and service providers.
  • Develop executive relationships that create long-term strategic value beyond agreements.
  • Create and implement joint business plans with objectives for pipeline, revenue, and market expansion.
  • Develop repeatable co-sell motions to improve enterprise win rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to develop joint messaging, assets, and sales enablement.
  • Translate partner feedback into product, marketing, and sales operational improvements.
  • Establish clear metrics to track partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and overall health.
