- Professional phone presence with the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and communication platforms.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services.
- Explain available programs and financial solutions clearly and accurately.
- Deliver a professional, empathetic, and consultative customer experience.
- Conduct outbound follow-up and occasional cold calls to help clients make informed financial decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update CRM systems with detailed notes.
- Track lead progress through the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and market insights.
