Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Service or Sales experience.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- High interpersonal skills with emphasis on cross-functional team collaboration.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (NetSuite).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work at least 50% of hours (minimum 4 hours/day) in US Eastern Standard Time.
Responsibilities
- Call and check lead times for items directly with factories, ensuring accurate and timely information is relayed to the sales team and customers.
- Obtain order updates and track shipments, providing valuable customers with timely and precise tracking information.
- Assist in entering orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the order processing phase.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to confirm their satisfaction with the products and services received.
- Support the sales team with various tasks, including administrative support, data entry, and customer service efforts.
