Requirements
- At least one year of experience in customer service.
- Must be fully available to work from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
- Proven experience with secure connectivity via VPNs.
- Strong written and verbal articulation skills.
- Ability to handle email management, data entry, and inventory management.
- Experience with sales order processing.
- Eager to learn, highly motivated, and proactive.
- Prior experience with Fishbowl inventory software or Quickbooks Desktop (advantageous).
- Experience with supply chain operations and vendor-facing purchase order creation (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Actively generate, verify, and monitor Sales Orders and corresponding vendor Purchase Orders with rigorous attention to detail.
- Coordinate regular cross-checks between current system-wide stock levels and customer demands to minimize fulfillment gaps or delays.
- Handle inbound support tickets, order confirmations, and shipment statuses with speed and absolute professionalism.
- Execute accurate data entry across internal records, ensuring status tracking logs are uniformly up to date.
- Perform secure communication via enterprise tools and telephone to assist customers and vendors.
