Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in customer service.
  • Must be fully available to work from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
  • Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
  • Proven experience with secure connectivity via VPNs.
  • Strong written and verbal articulation skills.
  • Ability to handle email management, data entry, and inventory management.
  • Experience with sales order processing.
  • Eager to learn, highly motivated, and proactive.
  • Prior experience with Fishbowl inventory software or Quickbooks Desktop (advantageous).
  • Experience with supply chain operations and vendor-facing purchase order creation (advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Actively generate, verify, and monitor Sales Orders and corresponding vendor Purchase Orders with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate regular cross-checks between current system-wide stock levels and customer demands to minimize fulfillment gaps or delays.
  • Handle inbound support tickets, order confirmations, and shipment statuses with speed and absolute professionalism.
  • Execute accurate data entry across internal records, ensuring status tracking logs are uniformly up to date.
  • Perform secure communication via enterprise tools and telephone to assist customers and vendors.
