Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience
  • Experience handling insurance-related customer calls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Monday.com
  • Comfortable using VOIP and Google Meet
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet service speed: at least 25 Mbps
  • Backup Internet service speed: at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound insurance-related calls
  • Assist customers with payments, renewals, and quoting support
  • Communicate with Mandarin Chinese-speaking customers
  • Use VOIP and Google Meet for customer calls
  • Perform basic administrative tasks using Word, Excel, and Monday.com
