Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
- 3–5 years of customer service experience
- Experience handling insurance-related customer calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Monday.com
- Comfortable using VOIP and Google Meet
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
- Main Internet service speed: at least 25 Mbps
- Backup Internet service speed: at least 10 Mbps
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound insurance-related calls
- Assist customers with payments, renewals, and quoting support
- Communicate with Mandarin Chinese-speaking customers
- Use VOIP and Google Meet for customer calls
- Perform basic administrative tasks using Word, Excel, and Monday.com
