  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Reliable computer and noise-canceling headset.
  • Second monitor for enhanced productivity.
  • Stable primary internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
  • Proactively reach out to doctors for follow-ups, support, and feedback.
  • Facilitate the preparation, distribution, and signing of contracts using DocuSign.
  • Assist doctors with questions or issues related to contract terms and document signing.
  • Address and resolve customer queries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Maintain detailed customer interaction notes and updates in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and streamline processes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and improvements.
