- Proficiency in using DocuSign or similar electronic signature tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable computer and noise-canceling headset.
- Second monitor for enhanced productivity.
- Stable primary internet connection.
- Backup internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
- Proactively reach out to doctors for follow-ups, support, and feedback.
- Facilitate the preparation, distribution, and signing of contracts using DocuSign.
- Assist doctors with questions or issues related to contract terms and document signing.
- Address and resolve customer queries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Maintain detailed customer interaction notes and updates in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and streamline processes.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and improvements.
