Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales, or Marketing Operations.
  • Several years of experience in a senior leadership capacity in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience managing and optimizing CRM and revenue systems (e.g., HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, Looker).
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, CLTV, NRR).
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and align senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills with experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • AI fluency and the ability to test and implement relevant AI tools.
  • Self-starter capability with experience in remote-first environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the CRO's second in command across the Sales-Assisted GTM organization.
  • Partner with the CRO to shape GTM strategy, annual planning, and resource allocation.
  • Own the strategy, architecture, and optimization of the full revenue operations and website tech stack.
  • Partner with the Data team to own a shared governance model for revenue data.
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Manage the full lead-to-renewal lifecycle including routing, qualification, and attribution modeling.
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to enhance revenue performance.
