Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue/sales operations, sales analytics, or a CRM-centric analyst role.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce standard and custom objects, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling.
  • Experience building or maintaining dashboards in a Business Intelligence tool like Tableau or QuickSight.
  • Previous experience with prompt engineering Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-driven analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
  • Ability to prioritize competing day-to-day demands from multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data-querying languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Claude Code and/or Cowork using advanced Model Context Protocols is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lead routing, territory management, or sales engagement tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and own recurring reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, and AWS.
  • Maintain data quality and hygiene across Salesforce including deduplication and standardization.
  • Operate and monitor the lead and opportunity routing engine for accurate record assignment.
  • Assemble and validate pipeline and bookings data to support revenue forecasting.
  • Provide light support and configuration for the GTM tech stack including CRM and CPQ.
  • Field ad-hoc data requests and develop self-serve resources for sales teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures for data processes.
