Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or data analytics.
- Proficiency building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce opportunity and deal management processes.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process discipline.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to support Pacific Time business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting packages and dashboards.
- Build, maintain, and validate Salesforce reports and Tableau dashboards.
- Perform reporting QA, variance checks, and data validation.
- Manage Deal Desk queue, opportunity review, and quote/order processing workflows in Salesforce.
- Support renewal, amendment, cancellation, and closed-won operational processes.
- Document mission-critical RevOps processes including SOPs, checklists, and process maps.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Client Success stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues.
