Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in Operations, Customer Success, or customer-facing groups.
- 5+ years of dedicated sales ops or revenue operations experience.
- Proven track record in field sales operations and cross-functional business partnering.
- Experience supporting high-velocity, transactional business segments.
- Advanced analytical abilities with experience building complex models in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Exceptional presentation skills for creating executive-level content (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and cross-functional project management skills.
- Deep understanding of SaaS and exposure to consumption-based business models.
- High technical proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish and run the Rhythm of Business (RoB) for the Commercial organization.
- Manage the weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence of commercial and renewals team activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Global VP of Commercial and Sales leadership.
- Optimize the end-to-end renewals lifecycle to improve retention and mitigate churn.
- Build repeatable, complex analyses and models synthesizing vast datasets for trend and consumption identification.
- Manage and optimize reporting packages for team effectiveness and productivity.
- Lead projects to simplify workflows, optimize Salesforce, and drive efficiency.
