Requirements
- 4+ years of BPO program and/or project management experience
- 4+ years of experience in change management and process improvement
- Experience creating dashboards and playbooks
- PMP or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel or Sheets (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Identify optimization opportunities to support program objectives
- Support implementations end to end to ensure success
- Lead certain components of the program
- Partner with other departments and various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence
- Support program execution through project plan development, status updates, risk management, and retrospectives
- Support the tracking and monitoring of controls
- Develop tools and standards to support team programs year over year
- Develop meeting materials and manage project plans
