Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related role.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub including workflows, forms, lists, and reporting.
- Proficiency with project management platforms, preferably Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, including data governance and marketing data best practices.
- Solid understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence to share insights with leadership.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with AI features in HubSpot (Breeze AI) and Claude CoWork preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and system owner of the marketing technology stack, specifically HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Build and maintain non-campaign HubSpot workflows, forms, automation, and nurture logic.
- Own marketing data governance, contact infrastructure, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
- Design and maintain marketing dashboards in HubSpot and analytics tools to track KPIs and support pipeline growth.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies while championing AI-assisted workflow adoption.
- Manage the Marketing team’s project intake process and act as the primary administrator for the Monday.com workspace.
- Coordinate timelines and shared initiatives across Growth, Digital, Product Marketing, and Creative teams.
