Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in marketing operations, project management, or program management
  • Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or dropshipping brands
  • Proven track record managing 10+ concurrent projects with zero drop-off
  • Experience wrangling large marketing teams and 20+ stakeholders
  • Mastery of ClickUp or similar project management systems
  • Experience building and managing dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
  • Detail-obsessed, proactive, and relentless in follow-ups
  • Ability to operate independently and drive results without oversight
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • High integrity, honesty, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing projects across TikTok Shop, Amazon, DTC, and brand channels
  • Build and maintain project plans, calendars, and dashboards in ClickUp to track throughput and deadlines
  • Track and enforce completion of meeting action items
  • Build and manage dashboards in BI tools like Tableau or Looker to track marketing performance
  • Own the global marketing calendar and keep 20+ stakeholders aligned
  • Coordinate campaign launches, ensuring creative briefs, assets, and approvals flow smoothly
  • Ensure QA and compliance checks are completed before campaigns go live
  • Act as a liaison across finance, ops, and product to remove bottlenecks
  • Document and improve SOPs and workflows
  • Run post-mortems after major campaigns to report results and lessons learned
