Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to VP and Director of Renewals Operations.
- Define and track globally consistent KPIs, leading indicators, and risk signals.
- Improve the Renewals Account Manager experience by reducing operational friction.
- Drive coordination on cross-functional initiatives across Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Sales.
- Champion disciplined change management to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
- Leverage analytics and AI-powered tools to improve renewal predictability and identify churn risk.
