Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to VP and Director of Renewals Operations.
  • Define and track globally consistent KPIs, leading indicators, and risk signals.
  • Improve the Renewals Account Manager experience by reducing operational friction.
  • Drive coordination on cross-functional initiatives across Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Sales.
  • Champion disciplined change management to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Leverage analytics and AI-powered tools to improve renewal predictability and identify churn risk.
