Requirements
- 6+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or TPM, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS.
- At least 2-3 years of formal people management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business.
- Proven success leading the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Sales tech stack improvements.
- Technical expertise in Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ.
- Functional understanding of the integrated Lead-to-Cash ecosystem including CLM, Billing, Forecasting, and Renewals.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in matrixed environments.
- Strong communication skills with experience operating effectively with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop business cases.
- Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products is a plus.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is preferred.
- Experience with AI tools for process efficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of program and technical program managers.
- Intake, prioritize, and sequence work across systems delivery including Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, Billing, Forecasting, and Renewals.
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional leaders to scope problems and define success metrics.
- Lead complex system enhancements through the full lifecycle from requirements to post-launch measurement.
- Own change management for process and system improvements to ensure adoption.
- Define the operating model and instrument program health metrics to drive decisions.
- Structure and lead complex, ambiguous strategic initiatives.
- Apply AI tooling to accelerate requirements, documentation, and analysis.
