Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Operations.
- Experience within a SaaS, professional services, or solutions delivery environment.
- Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional processes that drive business outcomes.
- Strong command of Salesforce, including reporting, workflow design, and data modeling.
- Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, or resource modeling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of services delivery, agency operations, or delivery-based business models.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or Teamwork.
- Experience with BI or reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Domo.
Responsibilities
- Define and own operational frameworks for efficient sold revenue delivery across brand offerings.
- Establish clear definitions of campaign health, customer health, and operational performance.
- Translate revenue pipeline signals into forward-looking operational insights for staffing and investment decisions.
- Own the end-to-end Sales-to-Services handoff process and deal context transfer.
- Build pipeline-to-capacity forecasting models for 30–60–90 day visibility into incoming workload.
- Design and improve workflows to move customers from sale through delivery completion.
- Own Salesforce data architecture and maintain data integrity across the customer lifecycle.
