Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Experience role within SaaS.
- Ability to project manage and execute tasks at an executive level.
- Demonstrated proficiency using success and revenue tooling, such as Salesforce and Tableau.
- High EQ and demonstrable empathy with a relentlessly customer-focused mindset.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on results.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-directed and highly motivated with an 'always learning' posture.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Automotive Industry experience is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with strategic customers to understand their business operations.
- Manage and check in proactively on a regular cadence to maintain high NPS and product adoption.
- Utilize data to make strategic recommendations and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer stakeholders and executives.
- Manage the payments, billing, and administration for an assigned book of business.
- Partner with commercial leaders to drive value-add upsells, cross-sells, and successful renewals.
- Remove adoption roadblocks and represent customer use cases internally.
- Travel to customer locations for meetings and industry events as required.
